Congratulations to all Board members on yet another year of record-high profits. However, despite this financial success, our newest investor, Reconstruct, has raised serious concerns. According to them, our company, while immensely profitable, does not align with the Triple Bottom Line framework of success: positively impacting People, Planet, and Profit.
To address this, the Board has gathered today to discuss the company’s future direction and hopefully reach a shared vision that prioritizes mental health, environmental responsibility, and sustainable growth.
But just as the meeting begins, disaster strikes…Our rival company has sabotaged the Board, locking members into two separate rooms to prevent this crucial conversation. To escape and move forward, each team must solve a series of challenges designed to spark reflection on real-life mental health and environmental issues.
