Service Description
Mental Wellbeing Saturdays is an interactive online space where we talk about mental health in words you actually understand. It’s not therapy nor is it a lecture. It’s a guided session where information is shared in simple, relatable language, with room for discussion, reflection, and questions. Each week focuses on a different aspect of mental wellbeing — from self-care and boundaries to emotional regulation, stress, and learning how to ask for help. The aim is not just to talk about these ideas, but to explore tools you can actually use in your daily life. Participants may receive small reflection exercises or homework to help build an emotional hygiene routine between sessions. The space is interactive, but participation is always voluntary.
