Come as you are.
You don’t need a diagnosis to walk through our doors.
You don’t need to be in crisis to ask for support.
You don’t need to have the right words.
Whether you’re looking for care, community, clarity, or simply a place to pause — Agatsu is here.

Care belongs to everyone
In India, mental health care remains fragmented and distant from those who need it most. We work to dismantle that distance and make support real and accessible.
Prevention matters most
Mental health support should arrive before the breaking point, not after. Agatsu exists to catch people early, building resilience through genuine connection and the strength of community.
You choose your way
Healing is not something done to you but something you move towards at your own pace. We believe in relationships build on trust, where your values and choices lead the way.
What We Do
A place to belong

Free activities, creative spaces, peer conversations, and room to simply sit, be quiet, or be around others.
Care, at your pace
Therapy Clinic
In-person, evidence-based therapy offered at a sliding scale of Rs. 50 to Rs. 750. We have short-term and long-term modalities available.
Clarity when things feel confusing
Guides

Shared experience, shared strength
Peer Support
Facilitated peer spaces where people with similar experiences come together to listen, share, and feel less alone.
A space to be heard
Listeners
Trained volunteers at the community centre who offer one-on-one, confidential listening. No advice, no fixing, no judgement.
Drop in when you need to talk.
Mental health, made understandable
Learning Studio
Our Learning Studio translates mental-health knowledge into everyday language through podcasts, digital resources, workshops, and our Mental Wellbeing Hour.
Impact that grows from community
At Agatsu, impact isn’t only about scale.
It’s about whether care feels reachable — and whether people stay connected long enough for it to matter.
By creating everyday entry points into mental health support, we’ve been able to reach people before crisis and support them over time.
