About the event
Come and take part in our curated activity taster.
Act, draw, paint, exercise and learn!
We'll introduce our fundas to you, do some Hula Hooping, Sing Along, collaborative art, zentangles, Arts and Crafts and more!
The activities will be three rooms at the Community Centre so you can participate in any three activities on a first come first serve basis. The introduction and self care will be all together. We're really looking forward to seeing you, hearing what you have to say and exploring mental health in a FUN-way!
