Agatsu Introduces Guides

Compassionate Support. Clear Direction.

Sometimes, finding the right kind of help can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re in distress.

Agatsu Guides are here to walk beside you, helping you make sense of what’s happening & where to go next.

What Is a Guide?

Agatsu Guides provide structured, non-therapeutic support for people navigating mental health or life challenges.

They help you understand and move through the often confusing intersections of:

  • Giving information, guidance, and referrals to the right services.

  • Helping one understand the distress and/or symptoms they are experiencing.

  • Explaining how to access healthcare, government schemes, and legal rights.

  • Offering emotional support and containment

  • Empowering people to make informed choices about their own care.

What a Guide Session Looks Like
How Guides Can Help
