Care when you need it

Find the right support for your journey, whether therapy, community, or peer connection

Community Centre
A place to pause and simply be

The Agatsu Community Centre sits in Pali Village, Bandra West—a quiet room where you can come as you are. No diagnosis needed, no reason required. Work, read, sit in silence, or find someone to talk to. Ages twelve and up are welcome, and younger visitors can come with a guardian.

Therapy Clinic
Talk to someone who understands

Our therapists work with you on your terms, at a pace that feels right. Whether you need short-term support or ongoing care, we match you with the right fit.

Guides
Navigating your path forward

Guides are one-time conversations, not therapy and without diagnosis, that help people and families understand what’s going on and think through next steps. If things feel confusing, this is a good place to start.

Peer Support
Groups that meet you where you are

Peer support groups are spaces where people with similar lived experiences come together to listen, share, and support one another.
