About the event
Therapy Discovery Day!
Agatsu Foundation >< AMAHA
Take out a Sunday to prioritize your mental wellbeing.
In continuation with our thoughts on Emotional Hygiene, if you're at a place where you're considering asking a professional for help, we'd like to further that discussion and bring to you an opportunity to get to know some professionals, learn about some of the common kinds of therapy and understand your options better so that you can make an informed decision about your health.Â
IT'S A FAIR!
Seven stalls providing information about 7 different types of therapy and one about psychometric testing.Â
How it works:
Walk around, pick a stall, talk to a therapist! Talk to as many of the therapists as you like. Find out more about AMAHA's in-person clinic in bandra (Get 50% off on your first session!) as well as it's on-line services and free app! Have some chai and biscuits or iced-tea. Find out more about Agatsu's free community centre, it's activities and the opportunities to practice and learn about emotional hygiene.
There will also be Agatsu's newly popular Mental Wellbeing Hour (based on practicing emotional hygiene) conducted by Ira Khan, where we can start a conversation and take a check - where is our health at? Are we actually taking care of ourselves like we think we are? With respect to What Therapy? Why Therapy? When Therapy? How Therapy? from a patient's persepctive. These sessions will be 45 minutes each and will run throughout the day from 12:30pm onwards. Catch a slot!
