About the event

The Caregiver's Workshop for Internal Conflicts while Caregiving at Agatsu Foundation, is facilitated by Mental Health Professionals from Mann Talks - Neha Kathuria, Psychotherapist & DMT Practitioner.

Caregivers, often family members or close friends, play a crucial role in supporting and providing care to individuals who are ill, disabled, or elderly.

While this role is rooted in love and compassion, it comes with its unique set of challenges.

Caregivers are typically driven by a deep sense of responsibility and devotion to their loved ones, and they assume a range of caregiving tasks. However, within this act of caregiving, caregivers often grapple with their own needs, values, and expectations, which can lead to internal conflicts.

Join us on 7th July at the Agatsu Community Center to learn more about the internal conflicts experienced during one's caregiving journey and what one can do to navigate when faced with these challenges.
