The Caregiver's Workshop for Stress Among Caregivers at Agatsu Foundation, is facilitated by Mental Health Professionals from Mann Talks - Shreya Nanduri, Psychotherapist.

Caregiving is a fulfilling yet a complex journey. 

This workshop introduces mindfulness for caregivers as a tool to navigate the different stressors in a caregiver’s journey, allowing you to show up more fully and intentionally for yourself and your loved ones.

Mindfulness helps you navigate stress and anxiety, common companions on the caregiving journey. It allows you to be present in the moment, fostering a better connection with your loved ones while helping you prioritize your well-being.

Join us on 23rd June 2024, from 4:00-6:00 pm at Agatsu Community Center, to discover how mindfulness can transform your caregiving journey. 

You’ll leave with practices that will help you navigate the common stressors in the daily life of a caregiver, aiding your journey and helping you care for yourself and your loved ones in a more compassionate, mindful, and resilient way.
