Our goal is self-victory, which is what Agatsu stands for. Starting with a workshop to identify our beliefs, we journey together to discover our inner selves and get hands-on to practice the core aspects of Emotional Hygiene. Learning this the experiential way, will enable you with practices that you can do at any time.
