Understanding Lonliness Workshop

An immersive, in-person workshop for young adults and adults to explore, express, and reimagine their experience of loneliness.

Over three weekends, participants engage in movement, story-sharing, and creative expression to reflect on their inner worlds and build practices of personal and collective support. This experiential journey invites you to unpack the emotional textures of loneliness, map your story, and move toward connection with yourself and with others. The final session culminates in a participant-led exhibition that honors each person's unique path from vulnerability to possibility.
