Neurodivergent Peer Meet

Because you shouldn’t have to mask to belong

1 hCommunity Center

Service Description

This peer meet is a space for neurodivergent adults to come together through shared experience — without having to explain, justify, or hide parts of themselves. It’s a space where different ways of thinking, processing, communicating, and being in the world are understood and respected. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels most comfortable to you — whether that means speaking, listening, or simply being present. This is not a space focused on fixing or changing anyone. It’s a space to connect, reflect, and feel less alone. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. Speaking is optional. Listening counts. What to expect These sessions are facilitated by someone with lived experience relevant to the group. They hold the space with care, without directing, diagnosing, or fixing. Each session: is conversational and participant-led values listening as much as speaking begins with shared group norms ends with a short grounding or closing reflection Topics vary each time and are shaped by what participants bring into the room. This is not a therapy group. It is a peer-led space for connection and mutual support.
